Locked up Elk

A friend e-mailed me these pictures. Don't know the whole story but conservation officers sawed off the dead Elks horn to free the live Elk. EB

thats sucks, both of them are awesome look bulls. i wounder if that bull will get that off himself from their on or wait to shed his antlers?
