Lone Pine Bull Period 1 Archery- any info or help

Some how the stars have shined down on me and granted me a bull elk tag in this state. I have since bought 20 tickets for the lottery tonight. So i drew period 1 Lone Pine archery Bull. I have drove up the 395 corridor many of times but have never hunted down in this area. if anyone has any information, tips, or just general help please let me know or IM me. Id really appriciate it. I am going to be taking my 8 year old daughter with me the first weekend of the season so she can expierence it. I am planning two scouting trips as well. At the end of july and middle of august.
