elk hunt 2011 012.jpg Copy of elk hunt 2011 002.jpg elk hunt 2011 006.jpg Well its official 100% on Lone Pine this year. My dad and I killed a bull on opening day a 6X7 with broken 3rd and 5th. Had to pack him out accross the river. Short hunt but it was awesome. 52yard shot the bull dropped 20yards later. The other hunter with the other tag taged out the other day. Pretty good for only 2 bull tags. Guess its my turn hopefully soon since I still have max points.

Congrats, way to get'er done. I may a live pic of that bull I remember that palmated left beam when I was looking around in Lone Pine, I will sent it to you if I do and Jerry may have a few as well since he was all over that zone during archery. Congrats on a great bull and great memories. I hope to do the same in a week.

Hey chap dog that would be awesome. Let me see them if you still have them. Im curious if its the same bull. Well killed him just north of Lone Pine in the river bottom where all the trees are below the alabama gates.
