Long exposure night shots

I got out Saturday night to enjoy the upper 50 tempature, bright moon and some lake life. I set the camera up and shot a few pictures for a different photo contest. Here are two of the shots I've narrowed it down to. Which one do you all like best and think has the best potential in winning the contest? Thanks for your input!

its really hard to decide but I'll go for the first one

I'd go with the first one as well. The second the shoreline is at a angle and makes the picture it self seem slanted. One thing I'd suggest is to photoshop the lines in the sky from the stars due to the longer shutter speed it seemed a little distracting to me in the first pic. Great shots and composition.
