I live in Santa Barbara and am looking to get out and shoot my first boar, all the pigs around here are pretty much on private ranches/land. I am willing to pay to shoot my first as long as its not an arm and a leg i found one Ranch that'll let me shoot one for $450 its Stag Peak Hunts on Rancho San Frenando Ray i know they have them there since my buddy has property on peach tree and we always see them on there land. Has anyone ever hunted with them or know anyone around the area looking for some Hog removal?

I have never hunted with them, but you might try giving Randy at RNJ Wild hog hunts a try. Been there many times and where I take my guys. It is a beautiful ranch and great guides. They are one of the sponsors of JHO and if you look in the forum here you will find many happy hunters that can't wait to get back! I will give you a little teaser from three of my trips over there...

If your looking for an archery hunt i would look into HOSS HOG ADVENTURES, Ive heard ALOT of good things about RNJ aswell
