I have a AR 10 rifle and I am looking for some mag blocks for some magpol magazine in 7.6253. I have seen some mag blocks but the information is not very clear. I can not tell if the mag blocks are for an AR 15 or for an AR10. Or maybe they will both work in both magazines. Does anyone out there on the forum dealt with this. I have not had very much success on this search.

If one exist, they will cost you $5 each. At least this is the case for AR15 blocks. Just put a rivet in the magazine instead.

Also, some will argue that these blocks are not "permanent". Meaning you could easily swap out this block with the original bottom. If you use a rivet it is permanent and no way you'll be able to remove that w/o a drill.

Look at the video below to give you an idea. Of course the lenght to drill will probably differ from ar10 mag. If you make a mistake, you can always drill out the rivet and start over. Once you dial in the exact length, note it and do the remaining mags the same way. Good luck!

Magazine block.com I found this web site and I was able to order two blocks for my Pmags in a 7.62. This seems to be a better way than just putting in a rivet. The cost wasn't much about $6. They will make any block for any magazine.

If you have just a couple mags then the blocks are fine. However, if you have 40 mags to block then that gets a little expensive.

Well I don't know if you live in this screwed up sate of Ca like I do. And if I had 40 mags I would just blocks a few and keep the rest for a rainy day. This state with all of its screwed up gun laws is going to make us all "Out Laws"
