Does anyone have a printable link to a map of the So. Ranch that shows the roads and boundries? I looked for it on the main page, but couldn't find it.
Pitdog,
I bought a program called Map Print Pack by DeLorme. It has 7.5 min topo maps of the whole united states. It prints 1page, 4 page or 9 page maps. It works great on my laptop in base camp/ there are better programs out there, however; I bought this one for $1.99 at a computer show close out table. Then I can transfer the boundries from my blm 1:1000 grid maps provided by the blm.

ya might want to try and get a BLM or USGS map of the area.
if anyone does, do us a favor and scan then post it.
also -- go down to your local bookstore, buy the delorme topo California Atlas for SoCal with GPS grid. it will show you all the creeks, springs, canyons etc. the water areas is prolly where you will find more pigs.
the book costs about 15bux and covers all of central and south cali, and is well worth it .
Sorry LAgunman2K, from scanning many many maps I know that you cannot scan a map as large as a 1:24,000 topo map or BLM map and keep the resolution to make it small enough to use on a webpage. I've tried but the digital map almost has to be as wide as it is on paper and you would have to scroll back and forth which gets you lost if you're not familiar with the landmarks on the map.
Topo map software prevents this buy giving you an overall view of your position on the side of the map to help you orientate.
The scan I did of the L.A. County shooting zone map is a good example of why it's next to impossible to do.
