DALLAS-The May 23 issue of Lone Star Outdoor News is available for downloading Friday at www.lonestaroutdoornews.com.
To Rusty Flowers, the polar bear is the No. 1 trophy in the world. Flowers harvested his big male in Canada in early May, and is now one of 60 hunters that legally harvested a bear but can't bring the trophy home since the Department of the Interior listed the species as threatened. The department is holding permits to import the trophy hides.
