JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Ask any fly fisherman, and they will tell you there is nothing more satisfying then hooking a fish with a fly they tied. Discover nature and learn the art of fly tying at the Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) Runge Conservation Nature Center’s program "Teen Club: Fly Tying" from 1 to 3 p.m. on Jan. 3. Members of the Capital City Fly Fishermen will be teaching the course.
