COLUMBIA, Mo. — The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) is holding a bowhunter education certification course from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 18, and Tuesday, Aug. 19, at the MDC Central Regional Office, 3500 E. Gans Road in Columbia. The two-day course is free, but registration is required by Aug. 17.
