Nice buck MIbuckdropper, I assume it was a bow kill becase of the green grass, and that you didn't kill it with the hacksaw
. Am I correct? How about a little story!!

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOo soooo close but yet so far away
...............I took him on the youth hunt after missing about 3 or 4 other bucks on the same evening hunt..Yea I got a little trigger happy. This bad boy came out from behind the pines and walked over to the apple tree and then ate a few until he walked in front of the pines and I blasted him. Shot him with a shotgun. He still had a little bit of velvet on him. His antlers are hanging in my room. This year I will be hunting with a bow for my last youth hunt.

Nice buck MIBuck (man I can't just write MIB anymore). Anyway I think that youth hunt is the best idea the DNR has had in a long time. Hope ya get a bigone again this year.

Hey Mel they have green grass down there in December

Yea it is. I love it..i get to be out there b4 all the veteran deer hunters like my dad and grandpa. Then all the bucks are history. I have my eye on a good buck this year so hopefully i will have a good setup
