Monrovia Indoor Range?

I'm in a training class for a few weeks in Monrovia and I've got a bunch of folks who are willing to try shooting (pistol) for the first time. I was hoping to host an evening at the Santa Anita range, but found out that it no longer exists

. Anyone know of any other facilities in that area? To get as many people to participate as possible it is important that the range be nearby - folks don't want to go even as far as the LA Gun Club or The Firing Line (Burbank).

PS - I've already gotten a few who have never put stick to string over to DC Archery and they've enjoyed it! I want to strike while the iron is hot and get them into shooting and then (hopefully) hunting

Huntington Beach is a lot further than either Burbank or the LA Gun CLub from Monrovia! Unfortunately, I do not know of any place close to Monrovia. Too bad the City of Azusa closed down the San Gabriel Valley range north of the end of the 605 freeway. Burro Canyon is about a dozen miles up Azusa/San Gabriel Canyon, but it would make for a nice Saturday trip.

My pistol club will be up at Burro Cnayon this Saturday, March 8 from 9 AM until about 2 PM for our action match, if anyone is interested. We usually only have about 7-10 guys shooting.
