Nice horn-porn fishhunt! What caliber(s)/bullets did you use, and give us some stalk stories!

That is an exceptional kudu. Note how the horn tips are turned outward. What are your taxidermy plans for all of the animals?

On the first day I shot a 47” Kudu. A day or two later one of my brother s shot a 53” kudu and the next day my other brother shot a 57” kudu. I told my PH that if we see one in the mid fifty’s I would take it. After six more days of hunting all we were seeing were 49-51” kudu’s. On the second to last day there was a kudu bull and a cow running through a patch of brush without even looking through his binoculars my PH started yelling at me to shoot. One shot to the neck and I had my holy grail of Africa a 60 3/8” kudu. Shoulder mounts for all of them. I used a Remington 7mm 160 grain nosler partition .

WOW!
A kudu is definitely on or near the top of animals I would like to take.

Congratulations!
