Here's a good velvet WT skull a friend found while we were hunting in MT a few weeks ago. The vermin got to some of the tips. But it's good shape overall.

sweet! i have never found a velvet buck. looks alot better after the velvet is removed. are the antlers fully hardened?

Not fully. Tips are soft and the antlers feel a bit light.

Good find.Them vermin must have circular saws for teeth.What does that? Rats? Ground hogs?
