Thanks Pyke and Valley Hunter. Pyke must have dug this one up from under a log somewhere. This hunt I took her on was back in July of 04. Kind of cool to look at the pictures again though.

Braised with bourbon, mushrooms, garlic and sage. Slow and low....Yummmmmm
