Need advice on a digital

I really need to get a digital camera for my hunting pack so I can post pics straight from the camera and quit wasting film. I don't want anything expensive or fancy because it's going to get beat up(or lost) in the field. I'm looking to spend $100-$150 and want to get the best camera possible. My only requirements are reasonably clear pictures and works well in low or no light.

The newer Fuji's seem to tout their low-light performance. No personal experience with them though.

The sony s40 is in that range, 4.1 mp, easy on batteries, good flash.....
