What will be the impact on the sale of reloading components when the new regs take effect Jan 1st?

Just read this "One thing the California law does not regulate is the reloading of ammunition, or the sale of components such as gunpowder for reloaders, projectiles, wads, cartridge cases or shotgun hulls or primers. Gunpowder and primers have hazmat restrictions, but they could be ordered in bulk by gun clubs. The sale of these items is unrestricted by California law". This works for me as long as these component suppliers don't start trying to gouge us. I would rather reload my own and with these restrictions reloading will be more competitive price wise. This equals better quality ammo for less dough! California, Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!
