New guy. Any Wilderness Un

I stumbled on this forum via Archery Talk. I finaly found a forum for Calif hunters! I live unfortunatly in LA but hey I gota make a living. I belong to Wilderness Unlimited which leases private ranchs for hunting and fishing in Cal and oregon. I love hog huning and have actually saw two hogs one while I was bow hunting and I was to far and one was 30 yards away but by the time I sholdered my rifle he got away. This summer I plan on deer and /hog hunting since both critters live on the same ranchs. If you are a WU member PM me and we can split gas to a ranch. I am still in the novice stage and would not mind bow hunting on public land and learn how to improve my hunting skills.

Welcome leftyhunter.....I'm sure you'll find some people here who are in WU.....you'll also find plenty of help and camaraderie.....and the occasional arguments.......such as some people actually think there are deer in D-7.....

Thanks Baboltin! One of the ranchs I hunt is on Banuddci Road near Tehachapi just west of Alpine Village. Cummings ranch has a lot of pig sign and i have even seen one I have seen does but no bucks.
