New Mexico Unit 16

I was just wondering if one was going after the famous Gila Mountain Elk which one of the 5 areas is the better (assuming one is). Or is there another unit one would recommend to chase a monster on public land?

I've heard 16d was the better of the 16's. However there are other areas that produce trophy elk as well, but the 16's are probably the best.

16D, but any of the 16's will produce monsters.
