I just bought a new VX II should I use lens cleaning packets that smell like alcohol or something else? What is the safest?

Hello No Cal 64,
Drop by any camera shop and by a little cleaning brush, a bottle of lens cleaner and a silk cleaning wrag. This is what the pros use on their expensive cameras lenses and the best to get streak free scopes without scratching the coating on the glass. I used a Leupold Lenspen for awhile but the cleaning end just didn't do very good compared to the fluid and silk cloth routine.
