Newbie questions

I have been wanting to get into photography for sometime and have a old pentax k1000. It takes great pics but i was interested in getting a adapter to use my swaro 80 spotting scope with it.

I was looking at Swaros website and saw an adapter for 500 bucks but was hoping there was something that was cheaper out there.

Can anyone help me?

Check B&H Photo to see if they have something. Does the scope have threaded eyepiece?

No the eyepiece is not threaded. It clicks on about the same as a camera lense does.
