Nikon XL Spotter Vs. B&L(Bushnell) Elite

I have found both of these spotting scopes for excellent prices with the Nikon about $40 more. There in the low $300 range. Since the Nikon retails for about $100 more I think it's a better deal financially, but I have not read where anyone rated it better and the Bushnell is actually lighter. They are physically similar. So, what's your opinions.

P.S. I'm looking at the 15X45 60MM versions. I'll be using them primarily for Deer/Elk here in my new home state of Idaho.
