I worked the IACP show in San Diego this week and talked to Federal, Winchester, and Remington about non lead for hunting. The reps for the show work the Law enforcement end for ammo but they al had something to say about Cali's new law. They all agree it's only time for the whole country to go nonlead like waterfowl. We shall see?
Winchester was very smug, with the e-tip they said hey we have you covered.
Federal had no comment about the Barnes bullet.
Remington said they have something planned for the SHOT show and are doing more research.......they were joking about spent uranium is very close to lead?????
Again this show is for LEO not hunting.
