All loaded non toxic shotgun ammo is in extremely short supply nationwide. 80% of the reloading components for all gauges is the same. Good Luck finding something!
Who knew lead would turn In to gold. I never thought the more expensive California legal hunting ammo would be gone. Primers are also very tough to locate. Thanks for the input.
Not everything is in stock right now, but keep an eye out and you'll be happy that you did. They have tungsten, bismuth, tss, steel, lead, and lots of other great shot shell items. They also have the appropriate loading manuals as well. Its definitely worth a look. The non toxic thing has been a real heart breaker (pain in the..), but we'll all adapt at some point. I feel your pain.
as well as the slug loading manual. I have yet to get some appropriate hulls, though I did find some powder for them. They will be a very special 40 shells, once I finally get them finished lol. But I think it will be worth it. And even more so when I can get an actual "stockpile" of the necessary components... a boy can dream!
The slugs are out of stock now, but keep an eye out. BTW I have a smooth bore slug barrel, so thats why I'm using the ones I purchased. If you have a rifled barrel, these might work..
Yes they will have to be hand loaded, but why not learn a (necessary?) skill that could also help you assemble some incredible upland or waterfowl non toxic loads as well.. or whatever awesomeness you can dream of. I'm still learning a ton, but know that it will be a force multiplier in the long run.
