on lead ban

Sorry if this has been talked about to death but I'm unclear if the lead ban in CA using only "authorized" cartridges ,ban handloads even if they use non lead? Anyone clear on it?

Doesn't matter if they're loaded in China or your garage.

If you're shooting big game or coyotes, it has to meet the definition of non-lead. Unfortunately, the Fish and Game Commission hasn't quite come up with the final definition of Non-Lead.

Hint hint... get to the commission meetings and advocate.
