Well, I've been absent from the shed forum for a while, but I'm back in bussiness!

I found My first shed on Jan 7, an avg 4 point, but I wasn't actually shed hunting. I was out setting up a scouting cam in some core wintering area, and just got lucky. The deer never shed until febuary out there last year, so I was surprised.

Today was my first officail shed hunt fo 07. I scouted a hot food source last weekend, got permission , and went there today. I ended up with 4, an 2 were a real nice matched set that were almost touching! I'm looking to get fullswing in the next few weeks.

Congrats Pred. Good luck this year. Looking forward to seeing those western sheds, they are huge. I have 3 so far this season,2 I found and 1 giving to me. I'll post pic later. NIce as it lays pic.

Great finds pred.It looks abit chilly your end.
Best i have done so far was a skull piece with a little antler attached,a crossbow bolt and a hunting glove.
I suspect the guy who owned the glove got a trailer full of mi nice haul padok sheds,dang.
Bushfires have cleaned up alot of my shedn ground this year.One month out from buck season here now,yipee.May find some whilst hunting bucks(to busy looking for antlers half the time and miss the monster bucks)
