Just wondering which of these three pics you might like most? Your answers will be appreciated.

How do you (anyone) know when to stop fooling around with a picture? And, can someone recommend a photo-shop type program for under $100 that is compatible with Windows XP?

CK, I'd agree with the consensus so far and say that #2 is the better edit. As far as a photo program for under $100, I'd recommend Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0. I've seen it adveritsed at Fry's for around $59, if there is not a Fry's nearby just check out the local stores for prices.
