Anybody here ever order anything from Optics Planet? I'm trying to decide whether or not to use them.

I recently lost my binoculars (okay, I left them on the roof of the truck as I was driving home from hunting) and I'm trying to replace them as inexpensively as possible. These guys seem to have the lowest price (by about 25%) and offer free shipping. But as always, I'm trying to do my due diligence.

Thanks ahead of time!

I used them last year to purchase some 10X42 Nikon Monarch's. They were great! Free shipping, great price, and awesome customer service to answer some of my questions!

I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Thanks a lot everyone. I found some other positive reviews on the web, but I wanted to wait to order 'til I heard it from the JHO'rs.

I'll be placing my order soon. Can't wait to get my new glasses. I feel totally naked in the woods without them. And this time, I'm duct-taping them to myself. That was a painful lesson to learn

Thanks again!

My buddy bought a Pentax bino and a Bushnell rangefinder. He said their shipping was quick and the product was brand new. On these two items they had the lowest price that he could find.

I bought a rangefinder from them a while back. Free shipping, but when I ordered they said the item was in stock. It wasn't until I e-mailed them two weeks later to confirm that they had shipped that they said they were not in stock and it would be another week or two before they would be shipped. Good thing I didn't need them right away for a hunt.

I would use them again, as long as I don't need something right away.

Don't feel bad tradman, I left a brand new $400 lens for my camera on my hood up near Buttermilk by Bishop CA and it sailed somewhere off into the sage. I looked and looked but I think a truck that passed me found it first laying in the dirt road after I returned realizing my mistake.

I've finally just stopped setting things on my vehicles, too easy to forget them.
