Oregon HOG...

Well, I've been after these dang things for about a month and a half with my cameras. Last week i had them right in front of my other cudde but the batteries had gone dead. I about broke it to pieces even though it was my fault.

I was so excited to get a photo of this sucker. Some of the ranchers around here didn't believe me that what was tearing up the ground was pig sign..Now they do...I'm kinda torn on this topic though.. I kinda want them to take off and reproduce like crazy and then i won't have to go to Cal all the much. However, i understand what kinda damage they can do...I'm after this sucker know...Look at the teeth on this sucker...

Don't worry about killing him. If there is one boar around, that means there are sows around. Since Orgeon is not know for wild hogs, by the time the masses discover there are hogs in the hills, it would probably be too late to stop the population boom.

Hope you bag that bad boy.

There has been rumor of them for several years, however only two to my knowledge have been killed and they were about 40 miles away. I agree, looks like there is at least three groups of them roaming around this area...
