Hikers will see late wildflowers and listen for bats during a guided hike June 17 in the Quail Ridge Wilderness Conservancy's Quail Ridge Reserve. Conservancy director Frank Maurer will gather hikers at 1:45 p.m. at his research farm, 25344 County Road 95, 0.6 miles north of Road 31 (Covell Boulevard in Davis), and form carpools.
