Tony Salamon and Gabriel Brown, both of Berkeley, made the record book of the National Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame with fish caught from Pickwick Lake in Alabama in April.
Brown caught a 16-inch white bass on 4-pound line. Salamon, who holds several world records, caught a 35-inch drum on 8-pound line.

Saturday: Operation Clean Stream, largest and oldest river cleanup in the country, on the Meramec River and tributaries. To volunteer go to Greentree Park in Kirkwood Winter Park at Fenton or Arnold City Park, rain or shine.
