I never saw a car vs pig in Germany when I lived there. Saw a couple car vs roebuck on the autobahn but them little deer didn't do much. Now a 500 lb pig like that lived in the forest above my apartment that would have been a mess.

Never saw one either when traveling there, in fact we saw very little big game except in parks.
But, I did see sausage vending machines and killer cured whole hams with fur and feet still on, in many towns. In 1988 I almost bought one of those hams and shipped it home, it was only $75 and I did buy some finger sausages from the machines, yummy.
