for last nights dinner I pouinded a few pheasant breasts flat- put some home grown pepper slices and local cheese(not Artisan) on them and rolled them up- covered them with local bacon- not organic- and grilled them- at service I heated some orange marmalade with some rum and it was good on them. Home grown pot and swiss chard finished up meal
