Pig Hunting at Lake Sonoma 2005/06

Hey all,
I just stopped by the visitor center today to check the tags from this week and FOUR PIGS HAVE ALREADY BEEN TAKEN!!!!

Last year there was only a 3% success rate. Looks like this year is going to be great!

Hey everyone. Kinda new to the site, last time I was here was in Jan. '04. Good to see that there will be plenty of pigs for everyone. My buddy and I are heading up at the end of the month for a three day'r, doing a little walk-in and boat-in. Probably going to stay up by Loggers camp. Any one else going then.

I think I know why PIGIG goes out on those squirrel shoots! I just thought it was for fun but he's practicing for them monsters!

Can't wait to get up there for a weekend hunt.

Here's another teaser. This was at Lake Sonoma on Sunday. It doesnt look it in the pic but these little buggers were only 19 yards away, for several minutes. I'll be out there on Sunday lookin for a nice buck to shoot....

You were there when that one charged me under the tree! I barely got off a shot as he ran over my right foot.

AS and I watched as a squirrel go after Bubba still on the arrow shaft! Tore the crap out of the fletchings! One of the funniest things I've seen!!!
