I have the opportunity to pick up a few hundred used bowling pins. Does anybody know of an organization that would have a use for them. I’ve been looking for clubs that host bowling pin shoots, but I haven’t been able to find any in the bay area. I’d hate to see these prime targets just get thrown away.

How about a JHP pin shoot!

Could be alot of fun to test our abilities, especially how strong our fingers are from typing all these replys on Jesses.

Thanks, I must hold the record for least posts. Going on 2 years and until a few days ago, you could count the posts on one hand.

I've kinda got a "hold" on these pins for the moment but that won't last more than another day or so. My problem is logistics, 4 Lbs per pin, 10 pins per box, 88+ boxes. My Tacoma isn’t going to cut it and they're NOT going in my garage. Anybody up for bowling pins at say, 300 yards?

If I was up in your area, I would relief some of your burden. I would love to see some pins at 300.
Too far to drive to get that sight.

Thanks for the welcome fscabs. I’ll keep an eye out for that feller with the “lawyer” smile, and I’ve noticed a few others that could stand a little extra attention… I can spell fine but I don’t got no grammar.

I grew up a poor country boy and it just kills me to throw anything away that I might want/need later. You should see my garage! I can’t find anybody that wants these pins badly enough to go and pick them up. You and Mntngoat both live WAY down yonder so it’d probably be cheaper to buy them locally than come all the way up here to get them. I guess I’ll just have to pick up as many as my little truck can carry and hide them somewhere my wife won’t notice.

Well, my pistol club could have used them, but the Bay Area is too far to drive and pick them up.
