The Hogs are thick, arrows are flying...

If you hit a hog and lose its track, do not hesitate in getting a hold of Chopper. The Amazing Dolly will come through. Unfortunately, thats not what happened. Last report was three hogs hit, three hogs lost. Hoepefully they can track them down this morning....

Stay tuned....

So who's slinging the arrows, and at what? We need more news!

Hope they can find those critters this morning. I hate to hear about them running off.

Didn't get any descriptions yet, didn't talk long, sketchy signal for Chopper. I will follow up. From what I could get, sounded like RichW was slinging them. Pigs are spread out, Chopper says they must have seen at least 100 hogs since last night.

Shot Placement, Shot Placement, Shot Placement! Come on fellars, Gettar Done! If I have to come up with AS and track your pigs, I will! Or just use a "Special Broadhead" Chopper knows which one to use!

Dang arrow proof vests!!!!
The hog I shot in march had at least 2 inches inches of fat on it.
I think all that fat might be plugging the drains, thus making tracking hard.

I hope the weekend works out for everyone.

I sure would like my broadhead back from the OR vs CA hunt....front right shoulder, black 200lb boar, thunderhead 100, please return to AS if found. Reward of $1.89.

I think once Orso & Bighorn get there, there'll be some dead hogs.......i bet Bighorn won't shoot one in the @$$ again.
Orso's pig from last time:

I now limit my shots to broadside 30 yds and in. One lost hog made me feel sick

Just in from Chopper's. Great hunt. I personally saw over 40 hogs and had two shots. Gotta get stuff put away and will try and post story later tonight or tomorrow night as I can't get on JHO from work anymore. Weekend count, 6 hit, two recovered. One for me and one for bighorn. Ricww hit 2, Archer32 hit one, Sully hit one, Bighorn hit 1 and put one in Sully's, and I hit one. Story and pic later.

PS: I'll let Bighorn say where he hit the pig but it looks like most have guessed!
