On a Sewing TV show (my wife was watching, not me ;)) I seen an 8.5" x 11" cotton cloth product that could be run thru an InkJet printer.  They printed a photo on the cloth that apparently was pretty high quality.

The cloth was then rinsed in water which somehow made it Color Fast, even when washed.  They wringled up the cloth and smoothed it out with their hands and it looked wringle free (at least on TV)

This may be a good thing to print our Topozone or (?) maps on, it could possibly be folded up and stored in a pocket.

So far, we haven't found this product so I don't know how well it will actually work or the cost but my wife wants to try it so I'm sure she'll get some soon......

(I seen where Spectr17 mentioned some water proof sheets somewhere on this site and maybe this is the same product, I haven't found where he told about this yet)
