Ok if we score at Tejon we will get the piggies processed, mostly sausage, and I will be heading to Santa Barbara, though I don't mind going out of the way if need be.

Where has anyone in the area taken their pig in that general area, and how were the results?

The Olde Fashion Country Butcher in Santa Paula On Hwy 126. It's located at the west end of the airport on the south side of the freeway. I've taken two hogs and a Coues deer to him and he did an excellent job. Lots of choices for sausage and everything is vaccuum sealed. His phone is 805 933-3968 Good luck on your hunt! Mike

that is along the route I planned on taking, great, thanks for the info, I will call hime today and get a list of options, just in case I need it.
