How long does it take to hear back about confermation of money sent. We mailed off a week and a half ago for Pres weekend still no word ?

call them we had the same problem and the lady said just come down .. it all worked out and we hunted and fished it was good

i didnt hear anything as well...I called in like 5 days after we sent our info and Rochelle said we were good to go....

I dont know her hours during the week and I got the impression that she's the only one working the game shack. That being said, she was super helpfull last Sunday bringing extra paper towels, soap and trash bags for the group skinning out their pigs......I cant wait to go back !!

Wheres this at ? San Antonio River ?

In Fort Hunter Liggett I believe it is only allowed to go fishing in the reservoirs, NOT in the San Antonio River or the Nacimiento River. It is posted in the bulletin board at the Hunter check-in station what reservoirs are open. At the river crossings are signs posted NO swimming, NO fishing and NO wading. Hope this helps. 'Nuff said.
