For my second generation of cam boards, I designed it with a temperature compensated PIR circuit that would adjust the sensitivity of the PIR based on temperature and the desired range which is entered by the user.  It uses a digital pot which replaces the audio pot normally used.  Works great so far.  I can lower and raise the sensitivity of the PIR to detect from 10 feet out to 60 feet.

The problem I am having is that I have only tested it at around 70 degress in my house.  I need to find a datasheet for the RE200B showing the temperature curves for the sensor itself.  This will allow me to plug a formula into the controller which will constantly calibrate the PIR at the current temperature.  Any of you gus have a copy or know where I can get on.  I cant find it on the Nicera website.  Thanks in advance guys, and I will be posting the new board and cam tomorrow on my website.  http://home.earthlink.net/~claydubois/index.html

Hi Jaggermax,
Ouch!!  Temp curves - that's going to be hard to find! Even when I received some individually tested and spec'ed samples of some Heimann PIR elements they didn't include temp related data (other than operating/storage data)
Anyway - here's the only data sheet I could find on the 200B
http://www.ciss.at/DATA/Sensor_RE200B.pdf
Does not include temp curves.  Also, the operating temp range isn't that great.
