Real cold weather

Hi all any of you fellas have your cameras out in real cold weather?Late season lots of snow if so how long do your batterys last?i,m using a 9.6 volt drill battery and it lasts about a month so far in this warm weather but if i knew what to expect this fall-winter it would be a great help.thanks in advance  Stan

Wheww...hi guys been a while since i popped in.

Cold weather is not really been a problem as far as batteries go.  I double 'em up and keep 'em fresh.  Run 2 d cells for cams.
Mine kept cranking thru 33 below celcius last winter but the real problem is humidity.  Frost build up inside the box and out...yoteee'

No problems with the cold, used up the film before battery.  Place a tin roof/cover over top of cam to help reduce/prevent frost on unit.
