More than 300 species of California wildlife are currently listed as endangered or threatened, and hundreds more are at risk. California taxpayers can support the DFG's Rare and Endangered Species Preservation program by donating a few dollars to this dedicated fund on Line 403 of the state tax Form 540.

Don't we already give more than anybody else through the Robertson Pittman Act. Habitat is habitat, what helps the game animals helps the endangered ones too right? Sorry, but I pay enough, just bought a box of lead free for $40 that should have cost half that much because of some endangered species(that in my opinion is taking way too long to become extinct).
