Everyone knows that by putting the case in the freezer the rubber insert will come out the cover pretty easily. Now you need to remove the remaining glue from the case cover. Spray a little WD-40 on the case cover glue and let it sit for a minute or two. Now use a rag to rub the glue off the cover.

The WD-40 will make the glue soft and it will come out easily with an old rag. When finished just spray some windex or 409 on the cover and wipe the WD-40 off of the case. One clean case.
