The turkeys weren't talking at all up here yesterday. As fate would have it, I had my bow in hand when I spotted a large sow. Upon further review, lots of piglets and teats. I can't shoot a wet sow w/ babies, so I walked away. Still no turkeys, so on the return trip to the truck, there they were again, heads down feeding feverishly on the sping grasses. This time, two more large wet sows were in view, along with a couple "juveniles". I picked out a fat lttle 40 pounder for the rotiss at the firehouse, and obliterated the heart lungs at 30 yds. I was very impressed by the exit hole produced by the "Quick Spin" vanes. It seems instead of the 3-blade exit hole, a big hollow hole took its place. The little porker only went 15 yds. Sorry, didn't feel a pic was in order for this one. It was just a bit too.... uh, like Litch's Colorado buck

That's great news that there are so many little ones running around Mike, lots more to shoot at when they grow up

Congrats on the little porker, I'm sure he'll eat great! Good luck on the turkeys for the last few days of the season
