I have my cam out right now, and after one week I only had 4 new pics on it. I saw lots of different tracks in the snow, including squirrel, deer, coyote, raccoon and lots of small bird tracks. How small of an animal will set off the RS pir, assuming it crosses the beam?

I don't know if I can wait another week to see what's on there. Must be nice to have a digital camera.

Maybe your camera is"aimed" to high, you might have to block the top of cam with a stick to point it more towards the ground.

When you put your cam out you should get down on your hands and knees to make sure you can set it off about 8-10 feet away.

My beam must be pointed to high, I can't believe it will pick up a mouse. I was just worried about birds flying in front of it and setting it off. Well now I just have to wait another week to see what did set it off the first 4 times.
