Same binoculars, $250 price difference?

What do you think? Are these two binoculars the same exact binoculars? If so, are there any special features on the Alaskan Guides that warrant a $250 price difference?

Close but not the same. I wouldn't buy any optics sight unseen. Best bang for the buck IMO in 10x40 are the Zeiss classic on sale at Cabelas. WB
