Shed hunting.......

I never heard of people actually going shed hunting until I saw it on this site. I have came across some sheds when hunting in Colorado but I never thought of anything to do with them. What do you guys do with the sheds that you find?

keep them out of the sun and elements and just enjoy there beauty.
some people make knife handles, candelears(spelling), lamps, ext.
but i say just keep them natural. they are awesome they way you find them

Pile them up and enjoy them.........don't do anything with them........

I've used a few small ones for door handles, but mainly i just use them for decoration and to fondle them when ever i feel like it

I keep most of them in a pile. But I have also made a set of Rattleing antlers out of a nice 10 point matched set that we found. To my ears anyway they sound better than the plastic ones you can buy or the rattle bags with the dowels in them.

I have heard of hunters using them for this purpose. not a bad idea.

I keep my best shedds in the house,my bone pile I keep in the shed.I never get rid of any of them....
