Thats a pretty weird description of Kings BUT I do use different parts for different things-Bellies are smoked-sides made into strips- fillets grilled or smoked and sometimes canned fresh or smoked-we got 8 in AK last mos. and one white king--(best)-I love to eat bellies fresh from smoke house with fat dripping down my chinny- beer bread and salad to follow.
