I took over a hundred and fifty pictures today... most of them were horrible

Here is one that is 'ok' I guess. I wish the plants would not have been in the way (I wasn't going to move them

Thanks Chukarlover, I think it's an eastern garter snake. Here are a couple of other pics...

They would take off into this rock wall pretty quick.
