The freezer is now full. Strange thing, after the blood trailing, I found a piglet next to this sow, but it wasn't her piglet. With an earlier public land pig, and two deer, the freezer is full, but I'll be returning to this spot in the Spring for some unfinished business. Happy Holidays.

Always a killer, we all see the culmination but not all the work and gas it takes. As always well done.

Thanks V. ! And the TIME. I read about the guided hog hunts and the successful hunter(s) that hunted hard and stuck with it.....for 1 or 2 days. Whacking a public-land pig usually takes me 2/3 months (about 1 to 3 days a week) of finding and patterning them. I tell people I don't golf. All the best!

Man. I've been reading your posts for years. You still got that spot well hidden. I still remember more or less where you hunt then too. Too bad I don't have the time or money to be out there searching. Congratulations on another beautiful hog.
